Everything arrived super fast and well protected, so there was no need to contact the seller. I highly recommend the products because they arrived in just seven days to Mexico. They are very good quality, exceed expectations, fit very well and fulfill their purpose.
It fits well, although the puppy needed some time to get used to it. It worked for him recently, and I would recommend adding a calming scent.

Delivery took a little over two weeks. It looks visually nice, and we will check how effective it is against loud noises and fireworks and whether it suits our spaniel. Unfortunately, some of the stitching is not completely neat, and there are loose threads near the Velcro.
The product matches the description, looks comfortable and has pleasant material. The size is slightly larger than I initially expected, but that was my mistake when taking the measurements. I will resolve the loose fit by adding an extra piece of Velcro or something similar.
It is more suitable for protection against water than protection against explosions or very loud noises. It is better to choose a larger size.
